By booking or using the services of MRC Beach Resort, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

1. Reservations & Booking

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit.
• A valid government-issued ID is required upon check-in, in compliance with Philippine tourism regulations.
• The resort reserves the right to refuse service to guests who violate resort policies.

2. Payment

• Rates are quoted in Philippine Peso (₱) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Full payment may be required prior to or upon arrival depending on the package.
• Receipts will be issued in accordance with BIR regulations.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations within 3–6 days of check-in are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
• No-shows and cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days.

4. Guest Conduct

• Guests are expected to observe proper conduct and respect for other guests, staff, and resort property.
• Any damage to resort property will be charged to the responsible guest.
• The resort complies with the Anti-Violence Against Women and Children Act (RA 9262) and maintains a safe environment for all guests.

5. Health & Safety

• Guests participate in water activities at their own risk. The resort is not liable for accidents arising from failure to follow safety guidelines.
• The resort complies with DOH and LGU health and safety protocols.

6. Liability

• MRC Beach Resort shall not be liable for loss of personal belongings. Guests are advised to secure their valuables.
• The resort is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to force majeure events (typhoons, natural disasters, government orders).

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts.

8. Consumer Protection

Guests have rights under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394). Complaints may be filed with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) or the appropriate regulatory body.
